Description
The Grange PINK NV needs little introduction. A wine with a subtle elegance and, for a limited time, now available as a single bottle.
Tasting Notes
A pale onion skin crossed with white peach threaded with a persistent, fine mousse.
The nose shows ripe red berry fruits - wild strawberry and cherries - overlaid with heady summer florals all held in a soft and bready frame. The addition of the 2015 and 2016 reserve wines bring a further layer of complexity with toasted nuts and sweet spice.
Thanks to the long lees ageing it is rich and round on the palate, with notes of raspberry, cranberry and redcurrant held in a delightful creaminess, but the fresh acidity provides the perfect balance and leads to a refreshing but persistent and luxurious finish.

On the nose warm red berry fruit with a hint of redcurrant, creamy, leafy, with a palate of supple fruit, light red berry with fresh, racy white fruits too, a very light floral touch and again this touch of cream, mouth tinglingly fresh, juicy, with a light phenolic note and a long, refreshing finish."
