Our grapes are grown in the rich, chalky terrain of the Upper Itchen Valley in Hampshire. on our vineyard - Burges Field.
The PINK NV is an elegant blend of pinot noir and pinot meunier expressing rich and succulent red fruit alongside creamy texture and fresh acidity. The much regaled WHITE FROM BLACK 2020 is a pinot meunier only sparkler, a blanc de blanc if we were to use the French term. Toasted nuts, sweet spice and buttered patisserie with luscious white stone and orchard fruit.
Beautifully expressive and elegant wines, full of character and with completely different profiles to compare and contrast. Maybe a wine-tasting this Christmas will unearth the true wine aficionado in the family!
