A selection that will offers a fantastic variation in vintage and grape variety. The PINK NV is an elegant blend of pinot noir and pinot meunier expressing rich and succulent red fruit alongside creamy texture and fresh acidity. Our much regaled WHITE FROM BLACK 2020 is a pinot meunier only sparkler, a blanc de blanc if we were to use the French term. Toasted nuts, sweet spice and buttered patisserie with luscious white stone and orchard fruit. Completing the trio, our first still chardonnay, the CHARDONNAY 2023 is a blend of ripe citrus peel. gunflint and toasty oak with rich, round creaminess on the palate.
