A lovely pale gold colour with a pleasing, persistent mousse.

Fresh lemon and orange zest on the nose with hints of apple, white fruits and brioche.

Clean and fresh on the palate, some creamy redcurrant and distant pear underscored by a full generous mouthfeel, subtly toasted with rounded autolytic flavours working well with a fresh note of green apple.

Stays with you pleasingly at the finish...

We drink the CLASSIC NV as an aperitif and enjoy it with:

Really alluring pale gold with a fine, constant mousse; on the nose lovely autolysis characters, light brioche, appley and a hint of creamed white fruits, very fresh and bright. On the palate fresher and racier than the nose implied, with bright white stone fruits again, some custard apple notes, brioche and a light, fresh leafy note, with lovely vibrant acidity behind the warm fruits. This is seriously moreish!
