Growing up in Australia’s Adelaide Hills, Louis developed his passion for wine early on. Starting out in the cellar door of a local winery The Lane Vineyard before doing his first vintage at Union Wine Co. (Willamette Valley, Oregon). Louis’ dedication to wine continued as he made his way back to Australia for a second vintage at Shaw + Smith before heading to Burgundy, where his love for cool climate varieties was cemented. He later moved to London to work with Indigo Wine, before joining Defined Wine to coordinate production, combining hands-on cellar experience with logistics expertise. After four years in Kent, Louis made his way over to Hampshire to join us at The Grange as Production Manager.
