A pale, silvery gold with fine rapid mousse.
White and red fruits on the nose with hints of baked apple and brioche.
Very clean and refreshing palate with a full generous mouthfeel, lightly toasted with honey, notes of green apple and distant brioche.
A long, satisfying finish.
A pure, gentle blush with a lovely, fine mousse.
Fresh red fruits on the nose, strawberry, currants and even some cassis thanks to the plentiful Meunier in the blend.
The red fruits continue on the palate along with an initial creaminess that leads to a refreshingly balanced mid-palate and on into a biscuity, almost savoury character, before the long, fine finish.
We drink the CLASSIC as an aperitif and enjoy it with:
- fine, buttery slices of iberico ham
- rich, smoked fish
- ROKA cheese crispies
Our PINK is lovely on its own but it has the complexity to go well with food too. Try it with:
- rich, smoked fish
- grilled chicken
- smooth, vegetarian risotto

This classy, classic blend comes bursting with appley and bready aromas and a gentle hint of wood smoke.

Gorgeous pink fizz!
From its elegant colour to the enticing perfume and complex, moreish flavours, this is both serious and delicious Hampshire sparkling rosé. The Pinot Meunier really shines, giving a bright floral lift and succulence, while the long lees ageing in bottle and touch of oak means extra bready complexity and weight on the palate.

Nicola Arcedeckne-Butler MW and doyenne of Private Cellar tasted the 2015s in late May:
Pale gold with a bright autolytic note on the nose, sweet and ripe with hints of cooked apple, and a floral touch behind, along with a smoky / bonfire note which comes out after extensive swirling in the glass. On the palate bright, racy and lemony fresh fruit, verges on austere but swerves back to personable just in time, very pretty and fresh going to a long finish. This will benefit from a few months more bottle age, and tasted later that day showed broader and richer and, left open, it held up incredibly well.
Very pale, oeil de perdrix, with lovely red berry fruit on the nose, raspberry jam, fresh and leafy with warm red berries behind, little autolysis at present, leading to a palate of leafy red berry fruit, fresh with a light confected note behind, racy and lemony going to a deliciously clean, persistent finish. Again, given a bit of time this will broaden and deepen, but for now it is a real crowd-pleaser.
